Welcome to Spokane Mindful Mamas!
We are a group of parents who believe that parenting is a journey best spent in good company. We meet weekly to discuss the joys and challenges that parenting brings, as well as to share resources.
Every Thursday, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, we hold our South Hill meeting at the Unity Church of Truth at 2900 S Bernard St., in the children's room.We are not affiliated with the church, but are grateful that we are able to use their facilities!
Every first and third Wednesday of the month, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, we hold our Spokane Valley meeting at the Liberty Lake Library at 23123 E. Mission Ave, in the meeting room.
